We are currently recruiting for a CDP at LBG Harbourside to join our friendly team.

Location:

Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Harbourside, Bristol City Centre

Rate of pay:

£13.60 per hour

Working pattern:

37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)

About The Role:

We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group Harbourside, Bristol. This new food offer aligns with a new look and feel for the entire Lloyds flagship office building. Our offerings include weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” with dishes from our Pizza and Rotisserie stations, a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table, and daily office hospitality menus.

As our CDP, you will be hands-on in the kitchen and restaurant, using fresh ingredients to create daily menus for Gather & Gather.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Prepare food from seasonally changing menus.
  2. Prepare, produce, and serve food to the required standard efficiently.
  3. Promote effective teamwork and communication within your team and across departments.
  4. Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  5. Strive to exceed standards, improve quality, and gather positive feedback.
  6. Maintain daily operational standards of the kitchen.
  7. Manage your own kitchen section.
  8. Take responsibility for all kitchen operations.
  9. Prepare reports, including food temperature recordings.
  10. Maintain a professional and friendly image with clients and customers.
  11. Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer service.
  12. Take pride and have fun in your work!
