Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Chef de Partie operates as a valued member of our talented and friendly Catering team, demonstrating a passion for food and motivation to invent, produce, and present quality dishes in accordance with our hotel offer.

You'll work as part of a friendly team to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen and assist in providing a high-quality dining experience while maintaining sales, reputation, and profit of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

You will contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the kitchen to achieve business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel.

All team members are expected to comply with food safety policies, procedures, and practices, and to be flexible to work in different areas if required, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

Salary and Contract Details
  • Salary: £25,500 - £35,500 (full-time, 37.5 hours)
  • Contract: 6 months fixed-term
  • Working pattern: Rota shifts, 10:45 - 21:00 / 11:45 - 22:00, weekends included
  • Location: Brownsea Island Hotel
