Job summary

Heartwood Collection is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen teams across our award-winning pubs and brasseries. You will work across multiple sections, follow established recipes, and contribute to the preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work across at least 2 kitchen sections and follow recipes.
• Passionate about delivering great quality and fresh food.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £14.50 - £15* (Including TRONC)
