St Aldates Tavern in Oxford city centre is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen. You will be hands-on, creative, and work under the Head Chef to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all dishes.

You will contribute to menu development, lead portions in a supportive team, and help manage costs while ensuring a welcoming dining experience for guests, dogs welcome and all customers alike.

Qualificações

• Demonstrate passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

Weare looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef lookingfor their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare forproducing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome.As the successful Chef de Partie you will:

• Have experience championing excellent servicethrough quality food
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic foodevery time
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / KitchenSupervisor
