Working Week: 40 hours

We are thrilled to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in a new pop-up restaurant in partnership withColmans Seafood Temple, based in our Newcastle store!

Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.

We are passionate about our people and have a strong and proud record in promoting internally through to Head and Executive Chef levels.Whether you want to strive for a senior role or thoroughly enjoy mastering your role at Chef de Partie level, we have a great work environment and opportunities to learn and grow.

Is it right for me?

If you are warm and welcoming and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, then we are off to a good start. Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis or Demi Chef is preferable. You do need to passionate about food with an aptitude for learning. You will be aware of new food trends and will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
