Job summary

Zanna Group in Manchester is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, upholding high standards of food quality and consistency. You will take responsibility for your section, ensuring every dish meets our requirements and contributes to an outstanding customer experience.

You will work with fresh ingredients from around the world, enjoy learning new techniques, and support the team through busy service while contributing to HACCP practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role and environment, keen to learn and progress.
• Team player with a passion for fresh ingredients and learning new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for your section ensuring quality and consistency of dishes during production.
• Participate in HACCP procedures according to the company’s Food Safety Management System.
• Willing to undertake a range of kitchen tasks, including food prep, when required.

The Role

You will

• be fully responsible for your section ensuring quality and consistency of food during all stages of production;
• participate in the HACCP procedures according to the company’s Food Safety Management System;
• have a 'can do' approach and a willingness to undertake a range of kitchen tasks, including food prep, when required.
