The George are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.
The George is the second venue from the team behind Chelsea’s The Cadogan Arms. It is a grade II listed building in Fitzrovia, dating back to 1738. The venue has been restored to its former glory, offering cask ales, craft beers, seasonal cocktails, and wines on tap.
Upstairs @ The George features the UK's first English sparkling wine bar, showcasing British producers with an impressive list of current and vintage wines. The dining room offers a seasonal menu focusing on provenance and quality, with simple dishes prepared to high standards, led by Culinary Director James Knappett of two-Michelin star Kitchen Table, working alongside Executive Chef John Sparks.
