• Prepare food for an average of 70 covers, using locally sourced produce.
• Monitor portion sizes and waste to maintain profit margins.
• Collaborate with senior kitchen staff.
• Manage and train junior chefs.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and health and safety compliance.

Experience in a similar establishment or a formal restaurant background is preferred.
