The Chef de Partie will work in a prestigious contract catering site, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week and weekends off

Duties include assisting the Head Chef/Sous Chef, contributing to menu development, monitoring portion control, maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation, stocktaking, and improving food preparation methods
