Browns Brasserie and Bar in Bushey (part of Mitchells & Butler plc) is hiring a Chef de Partie to lead a section, train colleagues and ensure smooth service. You’ll up-keep brand standards across a busy kitchen and work as part of a close-knit team in a renowned brasserie and bar.

The role focuses on excellence in classic British cuisine, staff development, and efficient, clean work practices in a high-energy setting. Great benefits accompany this opportunity.

As a Chef de Partie atBrowns - Bushey, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one. Does this sound like you?
