Job summary

Browns Glasgow, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food, staff development, and delivering smiles to guests. You will run a kitchen section, train team members, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced Brasserie and Bar.

You will be expected to uphold brand standards, work as a collaborative team, and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and safety while cooking to the menu.
