Job summary

Browns Bluewater is seeking a part-time Chef de Partie who has a passion for great food, training great people and making guests smile. You’ll run a kitchen section and ensure the brigade works together to deliver classically British dishes across Browns Brasserie and Bar.

As a Part Time Chef De Partie at Browns Bluewater, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one.
