Job summary

Browns Sheffield is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to lead a kitchen section, ensuring the team works together to deliver top-class dishes. You will prepare for service, uphold brand standards, and mentor junior chefs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher with proven kitchen skills.
• Ability to mentor and train members of the kitchen team.
