Join a high-energy grill restaurant where flavour meets work-life balance.

We’re partnering with an award-winning restaurant group to find a skilled Chef de Partie for their vibrant Brixton site. This is a rare chance to join a high-volume kitchen with structured hours and a focus on fresh, bold flavours.

The Restaurant:

• 100-cover branded grill restaurant
• Menu: Smoked meats, Cajun spices, and hearty sides
• Closed Mondays + evenings-only weekdays (1 double shift per week)
• Growing group with 7 sites across London

The Ideal Chef de Partie:

• 2+ years in high-volume kitchens (branded or independent)
• Strong section skills (grill or salad experience preferred)
• Stable career history, UK-based
• Passion for bold flavours and teamwork
