You'll be responsible for preparing delicious, fresh meals and drinks to a high standard of presentation, following established service guidelines. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to menu ideas, including innovative and nutritious raw food creations, under the guidance of the Head Chef.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality, fresh meals and drinks.
• Maintaining excellent presentation standards for all dishes.
• Assisting with menu development, including raw food options.
• Efficiently assisting guests with enquiries and resolving issues.
• Providing information to guests on healthy nutrition.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment.
• Following strict hygiene and cleansing routines.
