Job summary

Sea Containers London is opening Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers, a new dining destination on the South Bank, opening this autumn 2026. We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team and help bring this exciting project to life from the very beginning.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll run your section during service, uphold exceptional food standards and support the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes and experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
• Managing your section efficiently during service
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
• Supporting Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties in their development
• Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assisting with stock management and minimising waste
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture

Set directly on the River Thames in the heart of London's South Bank, Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers will bring together elevated British dining, exceptional hospitality and panoramic river views. Open from breakfast through to dinner, the restaurant will celebrate the very best of British produce, from exceptional seafood and shellfish to Gordon Ramsay classics, alongside an expansive outdoor riverside terrace.

The Role
