Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea is recruiting a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and requires passion for cooking and strong organisational skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. The role offers opportunities for progression and excellent staff benefits within the Klarent Hospitality group.

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required
