DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea in London welcomes a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. You will deliver outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out, handle guest queries, and promote hotel services with a guest-focused approach.

We seek a passionate, team‑oriented individual with strong IT skills who remains calm under pressure and contributes to a positive guest experience. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, within Klarent Hospitality’s Chelsea property.

The Role:

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
