DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and contribute to high-quality menu execution.

The successful candidate will have culinary experience, a passion for cooking, strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work mornings, afternoons/evenings, and weekends. Competitive salary plus benefits and service charge apply.

Responsibilities

• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required
