This role rewards a passion for fresh ingredients, precise presentation, and calm, organised service in a busy luxury setting. Experience as Breakfast Chef or Sous/Commis in quality hotels is preferred.

The Opportunity

As Breakfast Chef, you'll take ownership of the most important service of the day, ensuring every guest receives a memorable start to their morning.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef within a quality hotel or restaurant environment
• A passion for fresh food, exceptional presentation, and guest satisfaction
• The ability to work independently and confidently manage breakfast service
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service environment
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop a career within luxury hospitality
