Job summary

Colbert, a Chelsea restaurant within The Wolseley Hospitality Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to train and supervise Demi and Commis Chefs and to manage a designated kitchen station, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.

You will cook seasonal European cuisine with fresh ingredients, following recipes and standards while upholding a collaborative kitchen environment and continuing a strong training calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train Demi and Commis Chefs and maintain standards.
• Strong culinary knowledge of seasonal European dishes.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Demi and Commis Chefs to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee and manage a designated kitchen station to deliver high-quality dishes.
