Colbert in Chelsea, part of The Wolseley Hospitality Group, invites applications for a Breakfast Chef de Partie. You will start early at 5am, train and supervise Breakfast Demi and Commis Chefs, and oversee a station to ensure high-quality dishes.

The role of Breakfast Chef de Partie:

• Train and supervise Breakfast Demi and Commis Chefs, responsible for the daily start of the kitchen with shifts at 5am.
• Oversee and manage a designated kitchen station, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
• Cook classic a la carte breakfast dishes, using quality fresh ingredients, and adhering torecipes,specificationsand standards.
