Job summary

The Running Horse in London is seeking a part-time Chef de Partie to lead their kitchen area and support the head and sous chefs. The role offers up to 25 hours per week with potential for more at other sites in the group.

Responsibilities include running a section to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and allergen safety standards while contributing to service and deliveries.

A stone's throw from Aldgate East station, The Running Horse is a pub and restaurant with a lively atmosphere and an excellent range of craft beers. Looking for a part time CDP up to 25 hrs,more hours involved with our others sites.

As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business andthus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.

Your tasks will include (but are not necessarilylimited to):

• Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
• Supporting the head chefand sous chef in their daily tasks
• Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchenskill level permitting.
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, andorganizing deliveries.
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention toallergens.
• Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
