Job summary

Big Mamma Group in Birmingham is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience through expert cocktail preparation. You will open and close the bar, maintain cleanliness, and uphold health and safety standards in a high-energy environment.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a base pay plus tronc, daily staff meals, staff discounts across UK & Ireland, and opportunities for training and career growth within an international group.

Qualifications

• Energetic and proactive; team player.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation.
• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high-volume restaurant bar.
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to:
