Brigade Size: 8 chefs
Location: Brixton

We're partnering with an award-winning restaurant group to find a skilled Chef de Partie for their vibrant Brixton site. This is a rare chance to join a high-volume kitchen with structured hours and a focus on fresh, bold flavours.

The Restaurant:

* 100-cover branded grill restaurant
* Menu: Smoked meats, Cajun spices, and hearty sides
* Closed Mondays + evenings-only weekdays (1 double shift per week)
* Growing group with 7 sites across London

The Ideal Chef de Partie:

* 2+ years in high-volume kitchens (branded or independent)
* Strong section skills (grill or salad experience preferred)
* Stable career history, UK-based
* Passion for bold flavours and teamwork
