Chef de Partie - La Loma

La Loma, a vibrant and colourful restaurant within Oswald’s in Mayfair, offers members South American inspired cuisine with authentic and fresh ingredients. We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade. Paid trial shifts are offered!

Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie:

• Preparation of all food items on the restaurant menu during service
• Lunch & Dinner mise-en-place

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position is essential
• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private members’ club is advantageous

Working hours:

• Set rota Tuesday - Saturday, evenings only
• Sundays and Mondays off
