We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Surrey KT7.
This is a permanent role, working32 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, 7am to 3:30pm.
You'll join a dynamic kitchen with full creative freedom to design fresh, seasonal, and exciting dishes. This vibrant site offers hot breakfast and lunch, a deli bar, live theatre cooking, an integrated grab & go counter, a salad bar, and fresh cakes daily. As Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of your own section, bringing a solid background in working with fresh ingredients. The site caters for approximately 100 people daily, along with occasional hospitality service.

We are looking for a positive, honest and reliable employee to join our friendly and hardworking team. We can offer good training and prospects within our team for the right candidate.
You will be able to create and develop our dishes and will assist the Chefs in creation of weekly menus. A knowledge and understanding of the important of stock and food wastage is essential.
