So, what will I be doing?

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be an integral member of the team at our Blagdon site, responsible for delivering a well-balanced, quality food provision for Yeo Valley employees including breakfast, lunch, snacks and cakes. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape and develop the catering offering alongside the Catering Manager. As well as being a whizz in the kitchen, you’ll focus on ensuring consistency and cost efficiencies where possible.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering all catering requirements including breakfast, lunch, & desserts
  • Providing corporate hospitality where required, for external visitors
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service, leading by example
  • Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
  • Ensuring all procedures and compliance logs are completed in line with site requirements

Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.No evenings & No split shifts

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train, develop and motivate
