About the Role: Chef De Partie

We are looking for a great Chef De Partie to join our team. Our CDPs are an important part of our kitchen team, working alongside the Head Chef, kitchen, and Front of House teams to deliver excellent hospitality and memorable experiences to our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility for all aspects of your section, delivering high-quality and innovative dishes across the restaurant, functions, and other food outlets.
2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and food service.
3. Work on any section in the kitchen, or assist with function meals or private parties.
4. Start the day setting up your station and end it by cleaning everything down.
5. Deliver consistent standards that meet our quality expectations.
