An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the team at Exeter Golf and Country Club in the brand new £, kitchen.

The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Commis Chef or CDP within the South West hospitality and leisure industry and looking to develop their career within a high-quality environment.

Salary / Benefits

• 28 days holiday, increasing by 1 day each year after 3 years, up to 33 days

Experience and Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Professional Cookery
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills

Main Responsibilities

• Work in a fully equipped kitchen offering a variety of food styles for Members’ Bars, Wear Park Restaurant, and function rooms
• Assist in developing our food and drink offerings by maintaining high standards and leading by example
• Opportunity to learn new skills and develop management and leadership capabilities while working with a talented team of chefs
• Prepare dishes from scratch, emphasizing quality and presentation
