Job summary

Heartwood Inns is seeking a Chef de Partie in the UK, offering a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC. We pride ourselves on award-winning hospitality and fresh, seasonal dishes across our cosy pubs and brasseries.

The role requires passion, ability to work in at least two kitchen sections, and strong knife skills with classical techniques. Comprehensive training and progression opportunities are provided within Heartwood Collection.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
