Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a cosy pub/brasserie kitchen. You will deliver high-quality seasonal dishes, work across at least two sections, and follow precise recipes within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Have a passion and track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

About You:
