Job summary

Premium Village Inns is recruiting a Chef de Partie to lead a section and deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a busy kitchen. You will work under the Head Chef and play a key role in maintaining standards across service.

We offer up to £13.00 per hour with a share of Tronc, plus meals discounts and lifestyle perks. Candidates should have experience in similar roles, be a strong team player, and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie with leadership aptitude and ability to manage a kitchen section.
• Strong teamwork and positive, approachable manner.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience in preparing high-quality fresh food.
• Commitment to food safety and health & safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section and ensure consistently high standards.
• Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in smooth kitchen operation.
• Set an example and guide junior chefs.
• Complete all training in a timely manner.
• Follow food safety laws and licensing requirements.

• Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar level position, as well as an aptitude for leadership
• Candidates with skills in preparing high quality fresh food dining will be at a particular advantage.

• Assist the Head chef/Sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen

• Ensuring that you can follow the Food safety laws and requirements
