Job summary

Harpers Haslemere is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for high-quality, fresh pub dining and a strong team spirit. You will work under the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes in a busy kitchen and demonstrate leadership to junior chefs.

The role offers up to £14.00 per hour plus a share of Tronc, staff discounts on meals and accommodation, and a clear development pathway within Upham Inns' growing pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar level position and leadership aptitude.
• Able to deliver high-quality fresh pub dining.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in smooth kitchen operations.
• Run a kitchen section and maintain high standards.
• Mentor junior chefs and uphold cleanliness and safety.

Our pubs are in idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience. Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started rolling out last year.
