Job summary

Robin Birley Holdings Ltd in London is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Upper Floors Kitchen at 5 Hertford Street. The role offers earnings up to £42,000 per annum plus discretionary service charge.

You will maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation, work with fresh seasonal ingredients, and join a collaborative, focused team. The schedule covers a 5-day week (Mon–Sat) with a 48-hour rota and venue closures on bank holidays.

RB Holdings is a growing hospitality group shaping some of the most distinctive private members' clubs and food businesses in London and New York. Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald's, Nico's and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime's, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Upper Floors Kitchen at 5 Hertford Street, with the opportunity to earn up to £42,000 p/a!

Working Hours:

• 5 day working week between Monday - Saturday.
• 48 hours a week on a rota basis.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off - our venues are closed.
