Manpower Recruitment has an exciting new role for experienced Chef De Parties in a vibrant new environment on the edge of Oxfordshire.

Operating hours are from 8 am to 7 pm, with the chance to work with a lively new team.

The position offers a salary of £33,280 per annum, working 5 out of 7 days per week on a rota basis.

*A driving license is required due to the location.

Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our busy team.

Role Responsibilities

1. Assist senior chefs and the Head Chef in providing catering services to customers and clients.
2. Assist the Head Chef in covering for the Sous Chef during leave.
3. Maintain an efficient ordering system in accordance with company policy.
4. Maintain accurate kitchen records as per company policy.
5. Manage deliveries and stock rooms in line with company procedures.
6. Control stock, reduce waste, and drive sales.
7. Complete all records accurately and promptly.
8. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, serving promptly when required.
9. Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times.
10. Ensure the safety and security of company and client property and money.
11. Comply with all company and client policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, including fire safety, health and safety, hygiene, and CoSHH.
12. Report all complaints and compliments to the line manager and take appropriate action where possible.
13. Report incidents such as accidents, fire, theft, damage, unfit food, or irregularities to the line manager and act accordingly.
