As a Chef De Partie, you will be a vital part of our high-performing brigade, producing delicious food in a well-equipped kitchen while developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Head Chef. Your day-to-day as a Chef de Partie

• Use your eye for quality and creativity to produce high-quality food from scratch
• Manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
• Keep work areas and machinery well-maintained
• Control the ordering and storage of food supplies
• Support other team members across the kitchen
• Work effectively as part of a team
