Job summary

Hydes Brewery is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional food standards across seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly, supportive environment. You will work across stations, ensuring dishes meet spec, while supporting the Sous and Head Chef with ordering and stock control.

Previous fresh-food experience is preferred, with progression potential for ambitious staff. This role offers part-time hours, up to 40–48 per week, with weekly pay, staff discounts, and progression

What you'll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.
