GAUCHO Birmingham is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy fresh-food kitchen. You will run a section, manage a small team, and deliver dishes to exact specs while remaining calm under pressure.

Gaucho are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our GAUCHO Birmingham restaurant! You will need to be experienced in working as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen, and be extremely passionate about food. As a Chef de Partie you will have experience managing a section and working as part of a busy team in a fast paced environment. You must be able to deliver dishes following a spec, and have a genuine love for cooking.
