Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy production kitchen in the Bicester area. You will support the Head Chef and junior chefs, preparing fresh meals for bespoke clients on a seven-day operation with 5 days on a rota.

We offer straight shift patterns including 1500-midnight and other fixed shifts, with focus on fresh, local ingredients and a mature, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must be a Chef de Partie.
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
• Experience in a fresh food kitchen.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs.
• Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
• Preparing meals for bespoke clients.
• Mature focus and outlook.
