Job summary

Daniel Thwaites in Beverley is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our brigade and help deliver delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. You will be part of a family-like team, upholding high standards of hygiene and food safety while working under our Head Chef.

You’ll manage a kitchen section, contribute creatively, and support colleagues to ensure excellent guest experiences across our properties.

Qualifications

• As Chef de Partie, you will have previous experience in a similar role with the proven ability to produce high quality food.
• You will work in a well-equipped kitchen with fresh ingredients and follow recipes while showing creative flair.

Responsibilities

• Manage a section within the kitchen and cook with fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
• Maintain areas of work and machinery.
• Control the order and storage of food supplies.
• Support other team members across the kitchen.
• Commit to teamwork and personal development through training and apprenticeships.

As Chef De Partie, you will be a vital part of our high performing brigade and will be producing delicious food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Head Chef. You'll become a member of our family who helps us create amazing experiences for our guests through delivering warm hospitality in every interaction.,

• As a Chef de Partie, you will manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients
