Job summary

The Government of Jersey seeks motivated chefs to join a busy kitchen team. You will be responsible for the grill station, managing the pass during peak service, and coordinating ticket flow to ensure accurate and timely dish delivery. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred, with opportunities for live-in accommodation for suitable candidates and support with Jersey work permits where applicable.

Job description

HR Now is supporting a well-known local client, with the recruitment of Chefs to join their busy and growing team.

The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent kitchen standards. The roles require confidence working on the grill section, managing the pass during busy service periods, coordinating ticket flow, and ensuring dishes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard.
