Job summary

HR Now is supporting a well-known local client, recruiting Chefs to join their busy and growing team at one of Jersey's most unique hospitality venues, a vibrant restaurant environment with a dynamic entertainment destination. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality food, keep kitchen standards, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will operate on the grill, manage the pass during busy service, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Taking ownership of the grill section during service
• Managing the pass and coordinating ticket flow between kitchen sections
• Ensuring all dishes meet quality, presentation, and timing standards
• Supporting menu development and seasonal specials
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assisting with stock control, waste management, and food storage
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Working on a full-time rota basis.
