The apprenticeship runs for 15 months, including remote training elements and in-work coaching; salary is £325.50–£381.30 per week, with age-based rate (£10.85/hr for 18–20, £12.71/hr for 21+).

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Set up and close down the department including stock rotation and prep.
