You will join a busy kitchen, learn on the job, and progress toward a Production Chef Level 2 qualification over 15 months. The role combines hands-on cooking with training and mentorship in a live restaurant environment.

You will work under skilled chefs, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while contributing to high-quality guest experiences and supporting kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and passion for cooking.
• Enrolment in Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and back-of-house tidiness.
• Set up and close down the department including stock rotation and prep.
• Stay updated on promotions and new products.
• Complete all training modules and e-learning.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
