Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering an apprenticeship for a Production Chef Level 2. You will train on the job in a fast-paced kitchen, learn brand standards, and gain a nationally recognised qualification while contributing to the team.

You will be supported by experienced chefs, undertake e-learning and training modules over 15 months, with a full-time shift pattern and opportunities for progression and discounts across the brands.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and passion for cooking.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and safely to brand standard.
