Job summary

Byron - York is looking for a Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll be trained to craft world‑class burgers and sides, while helping to foster a positive, team‑driven atmosphere on shift.

You’ll learn every step of the burger-building process and contribute to a lively kitchen culture. Earn £12.27 per hour plus Tronc, with access to Wagestream to manage pay, plus a pension, free meals on shift, a 50% discount for you and friends/family, and incentive vouchers.

Job description

As a Chef with Byron, we’ll train you to have all the knowledge and skills needed to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. What will you be doing?

Led by your Head Chef, working with your team, you’ll help to create not only world-class burgers and sides, but an engaging culture and a positive atmosphere. We can teach you how build our delicious burgers and make the crispiest onion rings you’ve ever tasted. What we can’t teach you is to enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen and bringing a ‘can do’ attitude to work. Being a chef with Byron includes:
