Job summary

The Botanist Newcastle is hiring a Chef to join a lively kitchen team. You will prepare and cook dishes to our specifications, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and support smooth operations during service.

We value teamwork, attention to detail and a passion for great hospitality. Previous kitchen experience and a collaborative attitude are desirable as you help create memorable guest experiences across our venues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef or in a professional kitchen is desirable.
• Passionate about food and hospitality and a team player.
• Experience as Line Chef or Commis Chef is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to company specifications
