Job summary

White Hart is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and help deliver top quality standards on every shift. You will champion brand standards, cook to target specifications, and support with stock control and ordering to set the team up for success.

You’ll run your own section as a kitchen team leader, developing management skills and helping train great people while ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen role is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Commitment to quality and brand standards.
