Job description

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that brightens our clients' and customers' days, within the market-leading food service company in the UK. Shift pattern overview:

• Monday to Friday: Full-time (Days)
• Saturday and Sunday: Flexible / TBC

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food to delight clients and customers
• Overseeing menu changes and developing new food concepts
• Improving food services based on customer feedback
• Supporting menu creation and innovation
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Have team supervision experience
• Have experience in a similar Chef role
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
• Be flexible in working hours
